Your Acceptance

This is an agreement between a Surat-based Internet services company ("Dealbox"), the owner and operator of http://dealboxapp.in , the Dealbox software (collectively, including all content provided by Dealbox through the apps and the Site, the "Dealbox Service", or the "Service"), and you ("you" or "You"), a user of the Service. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND Dealbox's PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT http://dealboxapp.in/privacypolicy.html, AND WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. If you choose to not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Dealbox Service

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Dealbox Service. Information provided by our users through the Dealbox Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by Dealbox. Dealbox has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, Dealbox will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Dealbox shall not be responsible for any damages, claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of any third-party website.

Dealbox Access

  • Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Dealbox hereby grants you permission to use the Service, provided that:

    • Your use of the Service as permitted is solely for your personal use, and you are not permitted to resell or charge others for use of or access to the Service, or in any other manner inconsistent with these Terms of Service.
    • You will not duplicate, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Service in any medium without Dealbox's prior written authorization.
    • You will not attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the Service.
    • You will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  • In order to access and use the features of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you will have to provide Dealbox with your mobile phone number. We collect the mobile phone number of all users, and the e-mail address of users who opt in to receive e-mail newsletters during registration. You must notify Dealbox immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your mobile phone. Although Dealbox will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Dealbox or others due to such unauthorized use.

  • You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc. or "load testers" such as wget, apache bench, mswebstress, httpload, blitz, Xcode Automator, Android Monkey, etc., that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Dealbox servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a Dealbox application, and you are forbidden from ripping the content unless specifically allowed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Dealbox grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the website for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Dealbox reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. While we don't disallow the use of sniffers such as Ethereal, tcpdump or HTTPWatch in general, we do disallow any efforts to reverse-engineer our system, our protocols, or explore outside the boundaries of the normal requests made by Dealbox clients. We have to disallow using request modification tools such as fiddler or whisker, or the like or any other such tools activities that are meant to explore or harm, penetrate or test the site. You must secure our permission before you measure, test, health check or otherwise monitor any network equipment, servers or assets hosted on our domain. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including phone number, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service for any commercial solicitation or spam purposes. You agree not to spam, or solicit for commercial purposes, any users of the Service.

Intellectual Property Rights

The design of the Dealbox Service along with all associated properties, are owned by or licensed to Dealbox, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under Indian Law. The Service is provided to you as in for your information and personal use only. Dealbox reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Service. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Service other than expressly permitted herein, including any use, copying, or distribution of Status Submissions of third parties obtained through the Service for any commercial purposes.

Dealbox reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Dealbox Service at any time.

Listing and Review Policy

All listings published and content submitted to Dealbox are subject to the following listing and review policies and disclaimers.

  • Listings: It is important to us that we are able to maintain a comprehensive and accurate directory listing database in order to meet the needs of our users. We do this by ensuring that the information published in our directory listings have been independently collected, verified and compiled by our data collection executives and from publicly available sources. We try to ensure, using commercially reasonable efforts, that all information published in our sites are factually correct. If you are a business who has not been listed in our directory listing and would like us to include your business in our listings, or if you are a business that is currently listed and would like us to correct or update any inaccurate or outdated information, please contact us at contact@dealboxapp.in

  • Reviews: To facilitate the provision of objective and accurate reviews by our community of users, we generally allow our users to freely share about their experiences as long as it meets our review policy and guidelines below. If you are a business who has been reviewed and are of the view that any of the reviews submitted by our users are in any way inaccurate, unfair, objectionable or do not meet our review policy, you may respond as the business owner by mailing to contact@dealboxapp.in to report to the management team and we will assist you to respond to the user to verify his/her review. Please note that we will generally not entertain requests to remove negative reviews unless otherwise warranted by the circumstances. All review content submitted to the Applications is subject to the following review guidelines:

    • No posting of content, images or otherwise, that do not belong to you or that you do not have written authorization to use.
    • No posting of content relating to illegal activity, including but not limited to drug activity, pornography, underage drinking or smoking.
    • No attacks on race or religion.
    • No multiple identical postings.
    • No spamming and harassment of members.
    • No disparaging remarks about other member's comments.
    • No seditious comments.
    • No use of any obscene or inappropriate language.
    • No advertising in any form or kind is allowed, especially from business owners and employees.
    • Do be accurate in your description of your experience when writing your review. We do value reviews that are objective, provide details and give every reader in our community a good understanding of your experience with the business reviewed.
    • No abuse of business owners and staff will be allowed. Reviews are not allowed to harass abuse, make false statements, defame, impersonate someone else or conduct anything illegal or otherwise objectionable content. In the event of any doubts on whether there are any violations on this front, we reserve the right to make the final decision on this.
    • You must submit original reviews that represent your own experiences. All reviews found to be based on second-hand information or hearsay (unverified information, rumors, and reported opinions of others) will be removed. Any reviews that contain accusations of illegal activity, malpractice, and false advertising will be strictly reviewed by Dealbox and may be removed from the Applications. Please follow all standard etiquette when writing your review. Do not write your review in CAPS. Excessive use of typographic symbols and slangs are also strongly discouraged. Any review deemed to be off-topic may be removed. We reserve the final right to remove any reviews or user's responses immediately. The reviews posted on the Applications are individual and highly subjective opinions. The opinions expressed in these reviews are those of our members, and not that of Dealbox. We do not endorse any of the opinions expressed by reviewers or user's responses. Please note that our members also have the ability to flag suspected violations by emailing to contact@adealbox.com All reviews and any other contributions that are in violation (or suspected violation) of this review policy will be removed. We also reserve the right to ban any user accounts that are used to commit the violations.

  • Photo Submission Guidelines: Dealbox claims no ownership, affiliation with, or endorsement of any photos that are posted on our Application. The truthfulness of all photos and captions is assumed by the user and their validity is not the responsibility of Dealbox. Please note that by uploading photos, you are granting Dealbox the non-exclusive rights to use, copy, re-purpose and display those photos at our discretion. Family-friendly. No photos, images or material that is vulgar, pornographic, obscene, profane, illegal, offensive, insulting, objectionable or other non-family-friendly content. Original. No images that infringe on any copyright, trademark or other legal property right. Relevant. Please post photos, images or materials that is relevant to the business you are reviewing. Non-commercial. No logos, titles, branding, promotional material or any other content intended for commercial purposes.

Restrictions

We are under no obligation to enforce the Terms on your behalf against another user. While we encourage you to let us know if you believe another user has violated the Terms, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

You agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable others to use the Application to: Violate our Listing And Review Policy, for example, by writing a fake or defamatory review, trading reviews with other businesses, or compensating someone or being compensated to write or remove a review; Violate any third party's rights, including any breach of confidence, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; Threaten, stalk, harm, or harass others, or promote bigotry or discrimination; Promote a business or other commercial venture or event, or otherwise use the Application for commercial purposes, except in connection with a Business Account and as expressly permitted by Dealbox; Send bulk emails, surveys, or other mass messaging, whether commercial in nature or not; engage in keyword spamming, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the Application's search results or any third party website; Solicit personal information from minors, or submit or transmit pornography; or Violate any applicable law. You also agree not to, and will not assist, encourage, or enable others to: Violate the Terms; Modify, adapt, appropriate, reproduce, distribute, translate, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display, sell, trade, or in any way exploit the Application or Application Content (other than Your Content), except as expressly authorized by Dealbox; Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process or means to access, retrieve, scrape, or index any portion of the Application or any Application Content; Reverse engineer any portion of the Application; Remove or modify any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notice that appears on any portion of the Application or on any materials printed or copied from the Application; Record, process, or mine information about other users; Access, retrieve or index any portion of the Application for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of business reviews; Reformat or frame any portion of the Application; Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Dealbox's technology infrastructure or otherwise make excessive traffic demands of the Application; Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, user accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Application through hacking, password mining or any other means; Use the Application or any Application Content to transmit any computer viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses or other items of a destructive nature (collectively, "Viruses"); Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Application, or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Application; Use the Application to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes; disrupt or interfere with the security of, or otherwise cause harm to, the Application or Application Content; or Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with any security-related features of the Application, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of Application Content, or features that enforce limitations on the use of the Application.

The restrictions above only apply to the extent permissible under applicable law. Nevertheless, you agree not to act contrary to them (even if permissible under applicable law) without providing 30 days prior written notice to at contact@dealboxapp.in, together with any information that we may reasonably require to give us an opportunity to provide alternative remedies or otherwise accommodate you at our sole discretion. Dealbox is an information platform that lists vendor's information which may or may not include their promotion deals & offers. While Dealbox will try our best to manage the information quality by verifying the offer content that has been posted through our platform, Dealbox has no affiliation with and assumes no responsibility with the offer content and its subsequent service redemption and performance offered by the offer providers. In the event of any conflict between you and the offer providers regarding Dealbox offers, please email us at contact@adealbox.com

Booking terms and conditions

The services you can buy via Dealbox are sold by our partners and not us. We are only responsible for arranging and concluding your booking and we have been appointed by our partners to act as their commercial agent to do so. If you pay for services from our partners through our App, we may collect and receive your payment on behalf of the relevant partner in our capacity as their commercial agent. In this event, our successful receipt of your payment will discharge your debt to the partner for the services.
